Parking is on the United Utilities car park at the south end of High Rigg. Access is from the B5322 at NY319195.

If conditions dictate cagoules will be compulsory.

Short 3.4km, 150m climb
Novice 1.6km, 90m climb
The novice course has a long descent that is rough and steep in places.
All the courses are on exposed open fell and competitors should come prepared for bad weather.
