Parking available at NW end of Loweswater, NY118225. Walk around the W end of the lake to the Bothy.

SENIORS - 2 short (~1k), 2 medium (~2k) and 2 long (~3k) + short final for seniors mainly in the wood
JUNIORS - 6 short (~1.5k) yellow standard courses in the wood
