Long 4.8 km, 200 metres of climbing
Short 2.9 km, 130 metres of climbing
There is an 800m walk to the start. The finish is close to the start, so you can leave gear there while you are on the course.
Novice 1.3 km, 50 metres of climbing. This course is very simple, and starts & finishes at the registration van. It does not go on the public road, but there is one checkpoint about 25 metres from the road.

The Short course will be open fell, with a mixture of short grass and bog.
The Long course will cross an area of stone and rock.
Gorse that is difficult (or painful!) to cross is shown by narrow green stripes. Gorse that is mostly open enough to run through is not shown. Bracken is shown by more widely spaced green stripes. By late June some of this will be difficult to get though.
The Easy course is on track, grass,and boggy ground.
