Welcome back to orienteering in Southerndale. This event will take place on an updated map courtesy of Michael Billinghurst. Rumour had it that the contours on the old map were actually on a slope!
Parking:
Registration is at Grid Ref 234292.
Parking is VERY limited. There is limited parking at registration. There are some laybys both North and South along the 591. There is also a small layby on the minor road to Scarness. Otherwise there is a major car park at Dodd Wood with a pleasant warmup through the woods to get to registration.

Courses:
The start for the Long and Short course is a good walk uphill - 200m climb! The start for the Novice course is close to the cars.
