Courses: 

Format: Regular Cross Country Courses

Long: 3.9 km (technical / physical / climb)
Short: 2.9 km (technical / physical / climb)
Novice: 1.9 km (easy-med / more climb than usual but all on paths / tracks) - dark orange / red standard - parents with young novices be aware

Start Times: 

17:30 - 18:30 (5 - 10 mins walk to start) If relatively new to Orienteering pick an early start time / arrive early

Courses Close: 

Controls will be collected in progressively from 18:45 - 19:00 – so get a shift on if you have a late start !!!
