This Thursday (18th June) sees us back at an old favourite - Setmurthy Forest, just east of Cockermouth - where you will need to keep an eye out for the resident deer.  As always through the summer, there will be courses suitable for everyone, so come and have a go...

Ling Fell

Come and run in the sun on the beautiful slopes of Ling Fell near Cockermouth this Thursday.  Courses suitable for everyone from beginners to experienced orienteers.

Allerdale Chase

Entries are still open for this year's Allerdale Chase, which will be in the fells to the west of Dockray (near Ullswater). Courses range from 4.4km to a challenging 18km - you choose.
