High Rigg

Jaws of Borrowdale, TD1-3 Coaching session - Sat 8 Apr, 1030-1200hrs
Parking at the Bowderstone National Trust car park Grid Ref NY 254 168.
We will be focusing on getting the first control right first time.  
This session is for beginner to slightly more experienced juniors (White to Orange standard).

Daisy-JK2018

Well done to all the WCOC members who ran at the JK last weekend. Great results individually: Niamh (1st W18E), Al (1st M18E), Dan (2nd M18E), Ben G (2nd M18L), Daisy (2nd W12), and Helen (3rd W40); and in the relays Joe S / Joe H / Charlie (1st M48) and Niamh / Issy / Lily (3rd W48)!
