Afraid bad news from the organisers...
After yet more heavy rain the parking field is unuseable - so the event has had to be postponed. The plan is to hold the event on the same area sometime in May or June, we already have permission to do so. 

As soon as a new date has been confirmed Alan will get things moving again.
