Note that the Short and Long course start is at the Irish Bridge, which is ~2.5 km (1.5 miles) east along the lake from the car park and registration at Bowness Knott. Please allow plenty of time for the walk/jog in, or why not bring a bike with you. In particular, note that courses close at 8.30 pm, which means YOU MUST BE BACK AT REGISTRATION/DOWNLOAD BY THIS TIME AT THE LATEST!
