This Thursday - Bleach Green / Crag Fell (Ennerdale) - you choose...

You can either stay on the "low road" and take on the Sprint Challenge around the fields of Bleach Green and the edge of Ennerdale Water, which consists of a flatish 3.1km course with 17 controls - fast and furious.

Or you can decide to take the "high road" up onto Crag Fell on the Conqueror course, which has fewer controls with more straightforward navigation, but greater distance and much more climb!

Your final option is the Wayfarer course (easy navigation), which at 1.8km stays low around the paths of Bleach Green.

If there is time, you could even try more than one course...
