Long 4.8km 260m climb
Short 2.7km 140m climb
Red(Trail) 4.0km 160m climb
Easy(Spark) 2.2km 120m climb. The easy course has a taped route between two controls down a steep rough slope.
Starts and Finish:
- The start is 1.2km from parking with 100m of climb.
- The finish is 700m from the parking.
- The walk to the start passes the finish.
Important Safety Notes:
- You must come and register before starting your run and you must return to registration to download even if you retire from your course.
- If you travelled to the event alone, you must state this at registration or leave your car keys.
- The area is high and exposed. Please come prepared for bad weather and carry a whistle.
