Parking is alongside the minor road between Lamplugh and Fangs Brow with registration at NY 09548 21693.
Please park considerately avoiding causing access problems for large farm vehicles.
Road is popular with cyclists, so please be careful of both two- and four-wheeled traffic.

Short walk uphill to the two starts from Registration:
Start (i) Long/Short = 450 m, 80 m climb
Start (ii) Novice = 350 m, 65 m climb
All course have a reasonable amount of climb (unavoidable – it is Owsen & Burnbank!), but it has been minimized for the Short and Novice courses:
Novice = 1.3 km, 125 m ascent
Short = 3.2 km, 150 m ascent
Long = 5.1 km, 260 m ascent
Full leg cover recommended.
Cagoules and whistles may be mandatory depending on the weather conditions on the night.
