Please get your entries to me asap (to miketharrison@yahoo.co.uk), preferably by Tuesday midnight to give us enough time to sort out the teams and get the maps printed. Entry is free to club members.
Teams will be allocated (although special requests will be considered!).
We’ll try to be as fair as possible, although note that it is a highly subjective process! (miketharrison@yahoo.co.uk).

The 3 courses are:
(1) 2.0 km
(2) 1.2 km
(3) 2.0 km.
NOTE: There is some gaffling so check control numbers carefully!
The routes mostly use the paths and open runs through the area. However, some controls do venture into areas with significant summer undergrowth, so some lower leg cover is advised. As is some insect repellent!

Format tbc (likely to be teams of 3 running 3 legs, with the middle leg shorter/easier for juniors.
Courses will be fast running using mainly the grassy paths through the trees (due to summer undergrowth!).
Please arrive in plenty of time for the targeted 6 pm mass start (and for maps and instructions to be issued).
