There is more car parking 800m towards Keswick at Ashness Bridge (sorry but it's an uphill walk from here to Registration).

HELP ME TO CHOOSE A COURSE
The Start is 400m from Registration, along the road. There shouldn't be much traffic, but do please take care.
There are a lot of crags in the area, and a lot of the ground is very rough and difficult to cross.
The area is at the top of some very large crags and the finish is close to Surprise View, which is an unfenced crag top. Do not attempt to scramble down these crags.
Important Safety Notes:
- You must come and register before starting your run and you must return to registration to download even if you retire from your course.
- If you travelled to the event alone, you must state this at registration or leave your car keys.
- Please carry a whistle and come dressed appropriately for the weather conditions on the night.
