Limited parking (please car share) in two small car parks.
It would be helpful if fitter runners could park in laybys on the minor road and then jog in.
Road closed signs were in place today (Friday 28th) but these apply to the road from Dockray to the parking - so the best approach is from the north.

Long: 4.6 km 150m
Short: 2.7km 80m
Easy: 1.8km 40m
- The easy course start is close to the parking.
- The long/short start is 800m walk mainly on a good track with 40 metres of ascent.
- All courses finish adjacent to the car park.
The event takes place on exposed open fell with glorious views in all directions. All the courses have some sections of heavy going terrain for strong legs, easy running for fast legs and interesting navigation choices for all. Wet feet guaranteed!
Important Safety Notes:
- You must come and register before starting your run and you must return to registration to download even if you retire from your course.
- If you travelled to the event alone, you must state this at registration or leave your car keys.
- Please come prepared for bad weather and carry a whistle.
