Please park considerately in the village. 
The village school (NY232238) keeps it's playground available for parking outside of school hours and is recommended. 
If possible please avoid causing congestion on the road leading up to the Coledale Inn.

Courses: 

Spark/Easy  2km, 110m climb
Trail/Red    3.7km, 300m climb
Short          2.8km, 120m climb
Long          4.5km, 310m climb

Registration will be about 100m beyond the Coledale Inn on the road leading up to the fell

Important Safety Notes:
- You must come and register before starting your run and you must return to registration to download even if you retire from your course.
- If you travelled to the event alone, you must state this at registration or leave your car keys.
- All the courses are on exposed open fellside, with the Long and Trail courses going up to 400m.
- Please make sure you come prepared for bad weather and dress appropriately.
- Whistle and waterproof cagoule recommended.

5.30-7pm

Courses Close: 

8pm. You must be back to download by this time, even if you retire, so we know you are back safe.
